台灣生技製藥業之經營策略研究∼以杏輝藥品公司為例

內容摘要
  生物科技為全球未來產業升級發展的重心,在台灣,製藥業被政府視為生物科技首要發展的重點項目。但是,台灣製藥業競爭十分激烈,如何在龐大機會和激烈競爭之環境中求發展,製藥業者的經營策略顯得十分重要。 本研究以杏輝藥品公司為個案研究對象,針對生技製藥業的總體環境、競爭環境及杏輝藥品公司的經營策略進行分析。主要內容包含括SWOT分析、企業價值鏈分析、波特競爭五力分析為主,並以關鍵成功因素檢視杏輝經營策略,期望藉由對杏輝藥品公司的研究,達成尋求未來生技製藥業經營策略建構要點的目的。 研究的結果顯示,在生技製藥業中,杏輝藥品公司成功的關鍵因素為特別重視「研發」策略的建構,包括人才、情報、技術的取得等。 其次,杏輝公司應再考慮:1.仿照歐美國家對生技科技的重視,取得政府的支持和鼓勵。2.生技製藥業者對於未來環境變化因應而產生的疾病藥品掌握程度相當高,經營策略應重視研發情報、藥品上市、研發的速度和避開和競爭對手研發相同的藥品項目。3.將來應注重與自身事業網路成員的強化及尋求不同產業合作等方式來提升競爭力。4.業者應對於未來可能的變化和進而產生的關鍵成功因素,提早進行自身價值鏈體係強化、或建構出更具挑戰的核心競爭力。
Abstract
  Biotechnology will be the focus of industry promotion and development field in the future world. Government puts top priority development on biotechnology pharmaceutical products industry (BPP industry) in Taiwan. But, pharmacy industry is very competitive in Taiwan. Therefore, Strategies of BPP business how to survive among enormous opportunities and fierce competition becomes very important. For case study on Sinphar pharmaceutical company, we will analyze comprehensive environment of BPP industry, competitive environment and Sinphar’s operation strategies. The study methords are SWOT analysis, “value chain analysis”, and Porter’s “five competitive forces”. We will also examine Sinphar’s operation strategies through “key success factors” and attempt to find out the gists of operation strategies of BPP industry. The study shows that future management should attach importance to “development and research”, including the acquirement of talents, information, and technology and that’s the main factor of Sinphar’s success. According to the study, the gists of operation strategies are concluded as follows: First, government must motivate to encourage the development own biotech industry in Taiwan. BPP businesses need to gain the support and encouragement from our government. Second, the study finds out large local biotech pharmacists are capable of using their pharmacy technology to full cope with diseases caused by environmental variance. For this reason, how to obtain development and research information, timing of entering the market, pace of development and research and avoidance of developing the same kinds of pharmaceuticals must be taken into consider when business construct future operation strategies. Third, it is difficult depends on individual efforts to challenge new technologies and environments change from time to time, so how to promote competitiveness by strengthening the capacity of career network partner and seeking to cooperate with other industry are very important. Fourth, BPP businesses need to promot compositeness according to key factors of success , and construct its own value chain system in advance in response to possible changes in the future.
